So I have just signed a contract to start working in my own rooms within the Cosmetic Beauty Clinic from 01 July 2021. The renovations are being completed as I type this. Soon I will paint my room and add my personality to it. I want a calm relaxing space where people feel relaxed when they attend for Counselling or Relaxation Sessions.
I am so proud of myself for getting to this point despite having serious health concerns. I want to share my knowledge, expertise and experience with people helping them to achieve better Mental Health whilst learning to accept themselves for who they are.
I will be offering relaxation sessions alongside counselling sessions on Tuesdays at 2pm and Thursdays at 7pm. Relaxation sessions will be for small groups so places will be limited. Sessions will be followed by coffee and cake so that people who attend can meet new people in a calm and safe environment.
