1
Long Term Physical Health Conditions and Chronic Pain
Have you been diagnosed with a physical health condition or do you have chronic (long term) pain. I can be there alongside you to help you learn to understand how you feel about your condition and/or pain and come to terms with how it affects you.
2
Anxiety/PTSD/Trauma
Does your Mental Health make it hard to deal with everyday life? I can provide a supportive and compassionate environment with or without additional relaxation and stress management support to allow you to feel calmer and more content in life.
3
Depression/Bipolar disorder/ Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD)/ Post-natal depression
If you feel low for long periods of time with or without manic episodes I can provide a safe, calming place for you to explore who you are and help you in a non-judgemental way to enable you to find ways to feel more able to deal with everyday situations
4
Grief
Have you lost someone important to you? Are you finding it hard to move on? Would it help to talk to someone who will just listen calmly and empathically? I will be here with you whilst you explore your grief
