Hypnotherapy with or without counselling is available to work through your issues and problems. It can be for a set number of sessions agreed at consultation or on an ongoing basis with a review every six sessions of hypnosis personally written for you based on our therapy needs
Hypnotherapy for Stopping Smoking
This is a package of intense sessions of hypnosis where smoking can be suggested to be absolutely revolting to you. The first two sessions are booked one month apart with the third session three months later. It is very powerful and as long as you are determined as per all hypnotherapy to change it is a great addition to your own willpower.
Will Hypnotherapy Work For Me?
Hypnotherapy is a state just short of being asleep. A trained Hypnotherapist can put almost all people into a hypnotic trance which just feels like that moment just before you fall asleep. I offer a free consultation to discuss your therapy needs and to allow you to try a basic hypnotic trance to see if it works for you.
If you have a habit such as comfort eating or smoking, you will need to be committed to your goal as Hypnotic suggestion is very powerful. However, it will only work with what you want and not against. Hypnotherapy can't change your personality, not can it make you do something that your mind is dead set against.
Hypnotherapy for Weight Loss
Do you have problems losing weight? Is it that certain foods are your downfall or that you have times of the day which are a stumbling block for you. I offer weight loss sessions with a weekly weigh in and a personally tailored hypnosis session.
Sessions can be changed to fortnightly, then monthly as you will only need a regular top-up to your hypnosis on a lesser basis as time goes by and it becomes habit.
Relaxation Groups Also Offered
I also offer group relaxation sessions twice a week. Please see my relaxation page for details. These are great for stress and anxiety relief, good for meeting people and very cost effective. Half the money goes to charity too so it's a win, win.
