Covid Safety is my Priority

Updated 19/07/21: Covid numbers have risen dramatically recently. From Thursday 22 July I would like all clients to wear a mask during session unless you can't wear a mask for physical or mental health reasons. I will be wearing a mask. I am extremely clinically vulnerable and my governing body the BACP have advised this is the best course of action.

I have had both Covid vaccination doses and I am taking two Lateral Flow Tests weekly for client safety. I have Track and Trace QR code posters specific to my business displayed. I am wiping down all surfaces  and door handles in my private room between clients.

Before your session I am asking that you complete the Covid-19 Questionnaire that I am sending to all clients 24 hours prior to every session either by text or email. If you have not both vaccines I would ask that you take a Lateral Flow Test (LFT) before each session. If you have symptoms I ask that you book at PCR test. There will be no late cancellation fee for clients that test positive for Covid.

Covid Safety if Covid Numbers Keep Rising

If we start working together and my governing body the BACP advise me to stop seeing clients face to face, following a third lockdown being enforced, we can continue to have sessions by either telephone or video conference. If you prefer to have telephone sessions due to Covid numbers I am offering telephone counselling at £35 per session

For clients in very difficult home situations we could consider meeting in public such as a park for sessions or if my governing body allows we could meet face to face both wearing masks.
